The Riley-Gardner Memorial Company was purchased in 1957 from Elder Lynn Dalton by Bob Riley, Kenneth Gardner and Melvin Henkes. Ken Gardner became the sole owner of the company in 1980. In 1982 Bob Gardner joined his father, Ken in the operation of the business and the company has grown from one location to multiple retail locations and funeral homes across the state of Texas and southern Oklahoma. Riley Gardner joined the company in 2003.
