1.) Quality Granite & Workmanship - Your memorial will be crafted by experienced stone cutters. The material used will be only select AA granite or marble. Our stones are guaranteed against cracking and deterioration.
2.) Mistake Proof Guarantee - We will provide a print out of your memorial, lettered and designed, for approval before the stone is actually produced. Any mistakes can be corrected before the memorial is manufactured. Your monument will be manufactured exactly like the print out that you approve.
3.) Foundation Guarantee – If your memorial becomes unleveled, we will repair or replace the foundation at no cost. This guarantee is active for ten years from the date of purchase.
4.) Competitive Price Guarantee – If you find a memorial for less than our everyday competitive prices, simply bring in the written quotation and we will beat that price.
5.) Vandalism Guarantee – We will reinstall and fix (to the best of our ability) any memorial that we sell that is disturbed by vandalism or accident at no cost. If the memorial is damaged beyond repair, we will manufacture another memorial at wholesale cost and replace the monument with no labor charges. This guarantee is active for ten years from the date of purchase.
Our Pricing
Our price that is given to you includes setting and full installation (which will cover most cemeteries) unlike other internet monument companies. However, we do not include cemetery fees as many cemeteries charge an extra fee.
